East Harlem Cycling classes are done in our studio with an instructor on a lead bike calling out commands. Trainers guide you through workout phases with sprints, climbs, up-tempo cadences all accompanied by energizing and inspiring music. You control the resistance on your bike to make pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Water and towels recommended. Regular sneakers or SPD cleats.
